Article 1. Definitions

1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Terms: these general terms and conditions of Stunt and Wheelieschool (per 01-10-2025 registered under the name S&WS, located in Uden, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number: 98503677). 

• Activity: an active event, course, clinic, training, or recreational sport organized or offered by Stunt and Wheelieschool.

• Event: a combination of activities such as instructions, supervision, or demonstrations organized by Stunt and Wheelieschool.

• Representative: any individual acting on behalf of Stunt and Wheelieschool during an activity or event.

• Client: any natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Stunt and Wheelieschool.

• Participant: any natural person taking part in an activity or event organized by Stunt and Wheelieschool.

• Agreement: the written agreement in which Stunt and Wheelieschool commits to providing an activity or event.

• Contract Amount: the price of the activity or event, including any insurance or additional costs.

Article 2. Applicability of These Terms

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, promotions, bookings, and agreements with Stunt and Wheelieschool.
2.2 Clients and participants accept these terms by entering into an agreement, participating in an activity, or making payment.
2.3 In the event of any conflict, these terms prevail unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 If any provision is found to be invalid or nullified, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.
2.5 Any uncertainties in interpretation shall be explained in the spirit and intent of these terms.

Article 3. Offers and Agreements

3.1 All offers are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
3.2 Offers are valid for one month unless stated otherwise.

Article 4. Bookings and Changes

4.1 Bookings can only be made via the website. A date is only confirmed once the booking has been fully completed.
4.2 The client may change or cancel the booking up to 21 days before the scheduled activity. Change requests will be honored if possible.
4.3 Gift cards are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by Stunt and Wheelieschool, the participant will receive a new code equal to the value of the gift card.
4.4 A participant may be replaced provided the substitute meets all participation requirements and with the client’s approval.
4.5 The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding personal circumstances (such as medical or physical limitations).
4.6 The client booking on behalf of others is jointly and severally liable for all obligations.
4.7 If timely payment is not received, Stunt and Wheelieschool reserves the right to cancel the reserved spot.
4.8 A liability waiver may be required to be signed before the start of the activity.
4.9 Clients and participants must present a valid form of identification at the start of the activity.
